Model GM 80 vacuums are ideal for laboratory and cleanroom maintenance. Portable units feature four-stage graduated filtration system that includes a high-filtration 8.5L (2.25gal.) disposable bag, a main filter that retains 99.8% of particles down to 3µm, a microfilter that retains 99.5% of particles down to 2µm, and a HEPA or ULPA exhaust filter. The HEPA-filtered version retains 99.97% of all particles down to 0.3µm in size. The ULPA-filtered version retains 99.999% of all particles down to 0.12µm in size. Total filter area (including paper bag, main filter, microfilter, and HEPA or ULPA filter) is 9529cm² (1447in.²). Filters are standard cotton type. Motor is grounded, GMPJ. Smooth metal canister ensures easy decontamination. With detachable trolley, units fit compactly on or below any laboratory table.
