Ideal for testing water, wastes and process fluids in the lab, plant, classroom or field. The comparator accepts interchangeable discs containing 9 or 10 permanent color standards. A touch of the finger brings one standard after another into view for comparison with the color of the reagent-treated sample. When the colors match, the correct test result appears in an aperture in the comparator. The magnifying prism enhances the comparison process by bringing colors side-by-side into one enlarged image for a positive color match. A precision diffuser provides equal light to the color standard and sample. The 13mm square tube shows uniform color from edge to edge. Pocket size: 9.2Wx9.2Hx3.8Dcm (3⁵/₈x3⁵/₈x1¹/₂").
