HyperD 20 resins are designed for polypeptide purifications and for high resolution of recombinant protein. They feature an average particle size of 20µm and pressure stability up to 200bar (3000psi). Q HyperD 20 resins can also be used for plasma purifications. HyperD F resins are meant for protein concentrations, separations, and contaminant removal. They feature an average particle size of 50µm and pressure stability up to 70bar (1000psi). All resins have a working pH range of 2-12 and a cleaning pH range of 1-14.

CM resins have a binding capacity >=60mg/mL, which was determined at a 10% breakthrough and 200cm/h using 5mg/mL human IgG in 50mM sodium acetate buffer at a pH of 4.7. S resins have a binding capacity >=75mg/mL, which was determined at a 10% breakthrough and 200cm/h using 5mg/mL lysozyme in 50mM sodium acetate buffer at a pH of 4.5.
