Scrapers are ideal for stirring and scraping. Choose from a soft polyethylene blade or stiff nylon. The soft polyethylene blade easily conforms to kettles, vats, and other large containers. Superb spatula action. Withstands temperatures to 150°F (65.6°C). The stiff nylon blade withstands temperatures to 300°F (148.9°C). Both sanitary scrapers are light and easy to handle. 100% polymer construction won’t splinter or scratch expensive lab equipment or soak up bacteria. Unaffected by water, acids, solvents and sanitizers.
