Quickly and easily identify and estimate the concentration of glycoproteins or phosphoproteins in unknown protein samples. Both kits can be adapted to microplate or test tube formats and can be run in under 75 minutes. The phosphoprotein estimation assay allows either qualitative determination of whether a purified target is phosphorylated or semi-quantitative determination to estimate the extent of phosphoserine/phosphothreonine modification. It can also be used as a full quantitative assay for known pure phosphoproteins. The glycoprotein carbohydrate estimation kit easily identifies if an unknown sample contains glycoproteins. It then allows quantitative determination for carbohydrate content when the sample is run against a set of standards.
