The protease cocktail inhibits serine, cysteine, calpain proteases, and metalloproteases. It may be used with animal cells and tissues, bacteria, plants, and yeast. The EDTA-free formulation is ideal for preparing samples to be analyzed by 2-D gel electrophoresis. The phosphatase cocktail inhibits both serine/threonin and protein tyrosine phosphatases. All cocktails are compatible with standard assay formats and are packaged in a 100X concentration. Store at 2-8°C (36-46°F).

Ordering Information: The protease inhibitor kit contains 2mL protease inhibitor cocktail and 2mL 0.5M EDTA solution. The included reagents are sufficient for 200mL of protein extract. The EDTA-free protease inhibitor cocktail and the phosphatase inhibitor cocktail both come in 1mL bottles and are sufficient for 100mL of protein extract.
