Columns combine a spin-column protocol with a traditional gravity-flow protocol to reduce the time required for column washing and elution. Simply add the affinity resin to a column, remove the twist-off bottom, and the resin will repack itself. Once the resin is packed, sample can be added and allowed to bind with the resin. Columns are appropriate for use in affinity purification and chromatography, immunodepletion, and spin desalting. They feature polyethylene filters and a pore size of ~30µm. Columns are available in a centrifuge tube style, in order to fit easily into micro or standard size centrifuge tubes, or with a Leur-lock adapters for easy access with syringe-based protocols.

Spin cup columns feature a paper filter that is resistant to clogging from cellular debris. The filter has a pore size of ~10µm. The spin cup columns come preinserted in collection tubes with flip caps that fit over the inserted spin cup, allowing them to be placed directly into the microcentrifuge for processing.

The resin separator is ideal for use with larger volumes of resin. The separator compresses the resin away from the purified sample, allowing the sample to be decanted. Separation can be performed without the use of a microcentrifuge or syringe. The only equipment required is a standard 16x100mm test tube.
