Dishes feature a flat bottom and a pourout. Useful for ashing material, particularly in electric furnaces. Made of 96% silica glass, which has high thermal and chemical resistance and is stable with acids, water, and steam. Can withstand extended use at temperatures up to 900°C (1652°F) and brief periods at temperatures as high as 1200°C (2192°F).

Note: Not recommended for alkaline applications at high temperatures. Using covers of dissimilar material can cause damage.
