All split and splitless sleeves have a 6.3mm O.D. and are 78.5mm long. All sleeves are made of deactivated borosilicate except where noted.

Cup splitter sleeves feature a Jenning’s cup design excellent for mixing of the sample. Tortuous flow path aids in sample vaporization and minimizes molecular weight discrimination. Can be packed with wool.

Cyclosplitter* split sleeve is a cylindrical glass screw design provides a large area for sample vaporization and is ideal for dirty samples. Cyclosplitter sleeve is easy to clean and many injections can be shot before cleaning is required. Not recommended for large volume injections.

Laminar cup splitter features an inverted sleeve cup to allow the column end to be inserted directly into the laminar flow profile to provide high resolution of high molecular weight compounds. Larger volume injections are possible because the liquid is trapped at the inner base and cannot escape until vaporized.

Split sleeves (with fused silica wool) are designed for the HP7673 autosampler. Packed with fused silica wool to provide a high surface area for rapid vaporization of the sample delivering a uniform vapor cloud to the split point.
