For fine grinding of soft to medium-hard and fibrous materials. With rotor/screen system and extensive range of accessories, this mill is ideally suited for quality control, research and development, and small-scale production. Mill includes a 900mL cassette for simple removal of ground material and to eliminate cross-contamination. The cassette consists of a collecting pan and cover. After grinding, the cassette can be removed completely with ring sieve and ground material. Feed material is introduced manually or via an optional load-controlled vibratory feeder (16003-534). The mill also has a microprocessor-controlled safety and diagnosis system. Features safety plastic housing with automatic cover closure and a motor compartment fully protected against dust and material penetration. For grinding larger volumes, the 5L cyclone with passage receptacle (16003-574) can be used with the mill.
Push-fit rotors and sieves are selected according to the material to be ground, the degree of fineness required, and the subsequent analysis. Coated rotors and sieves feature a wear-resistant coating.
