These incubators are ideal for general laboratory and testing applications that require a fixed setpoint or cycling temperature control. All models feature a high-precision microprocessor with P.I.D. controller for accurate, repeatable conditions. Key-lockable digital display and setpoint input provide security and ease of use. Audible and visual alarms activate if the temperature varies more than 2.5°C from the setpoint. All models feature stainless steel interiors and baked acrylic on galvanized steel exteriors. Heated incubators allow for experiments up to 99 hours and 59 minutes long, and feature a delay function and touch keyboard. Heated and refrigerated model features programmable 3-step operation, compressor on/off control, interior lamp, and HCFC-free foamed-in-place rigid polyurethane insulation. A lockable triple-pane glass window allows for observation during incubation or testing, or can be covered with the included light-shielding plate. Safety features include independent over- and under-temperature protection isolated from the main circuit and a memory backup system that retains programmed data for approximately 5 hours if power is interrupted.
