CPA series top-loading microbalances employ high-performance technology and rugged design for best possible accuracy in continuous, long-term laboratory use. Balances feature a precise, durable monolithic weigh cell for thermal stability and fast response times; built-in, motorized calibration weight; internal, automatic isoCAL function for calibration and adjustment at regular intervals; positive click action keys; high-contrast, blue backlit LCD with 16mm-high digits; RS-232C bidirectional interface; and optional external ionizer. Ergonomic draft shield has glass panels that allow ambient light to illuminate weighing pan, and doors that glide open for access to weighing chamber. Stainless steel pans and chemical-resistant epoxy-coated aluminum housing are easy to clean. Temperature range: 5 to 40°C (41 to 104°F).
