Designed for routine use in the laboratory, incoming inspection, and in-process control applications, these analyzers are characterized by their rugged design, low space requirements, and user-friendly operation. Fully automatic sample drying achieves a constant weight value and eliminates the need for programming an endpoint shutoff parameter. The MA150 series of analyzers is available with two different heat source options. A ceramic heating element ensures gentle heating over the entire surface for temperature-sensitive samples. A CQR (coiled quartz radiator) heating element is available to optimize analysis time even further.
Analyzers offer a 150g weighing capacity with 1mg resolution. They feature fully automatic and semi-automatic (1-50mg/5-300sec. or 0.1-5.0%/5-300sec.) analysis modes. Timer settings allow input from 0.1-99min. Units are equipped with memory for 20 moisture analysis programs, and may be password-protected against unauthorized access. Measurement results may be displayed in % moisture, % dry weight, % ratio, or g residue. Manual access to the sample chamber is provided via a hinged cover. Additional features include an in-use dust cover for the keypad, and an RS-232C unidirectional data port standard on all models.
