Plunger-in needle design is ideal for microvolume capillary chromatography injection. The capacity of the needle is so small that the entire sample is contained within the syringe. This ensures full sample displacement, maximum precision, and minimal potential sample carryover. A sheath and guide tube protect the plunger wire during the injection stroke. A seal between the plunger and the needle permits high-pressure injection. The plunger and needle can be replaced using the supplied screwdriver.
