Designed for Type I water, these compact water purification systems guarantee 18.2megohm-cm water with accurate flow control from one droplet to 2L/minute and precision volumetric dispensing. All models are designed to polish purified Reverse Osmosis (RO) deionized, Service Deionization (SDI), or distilled feedwater. Systems include multi-stage monitoring for better purification, complete system sanitization, and an automatic system pre-rinse on start-up to purge static water. To assist with system validation, units feature PIN-code access to software set points to prevent unauthorized changes to system settings, unique data tags with full traceability and lot history of each cartridge, RS-232 data port for data acquisition from PC or printer, and built-in continuous calibration of electronic circuitry to traceable references to verify electronic accuracy. Pure water is also recirculated to maintain consistent peak quality. Units can be mounted on bench, under a bench with remote control option, or on a wall. Full validation documentation is available on all units.

The Analytic model incorporates full spectrum UV technology for oxidation of organic contaminants at 185nm plus bacteria control at 254nm along with a 0.05µm ultra-microfilter to remove colloids and bacteria. The purified water has extremely low levels of inorganic and organic contaminants for the most demanding HPLC, GC-MS, and other ultra-trace organic compounds.

The Bioscience and Genetic models feature an ultrafilter that removes RNase and DNase, eliminating the requirement for DEPC treatment in applications such as DNA sequencing, PCR†, and electrophoresis. They also remove endotoxins making the purified water suitable for critical cell culture applications such as in-vitro fertilization and monoclonal antibody production. The Genetic model also includes full spectrum UV technology for oxidation of organic contaminants at 185nm plus bacteria control at 254nm.

The Ionic model features 254nm UV photo-oxidation technology and a 0.05µm ultra-microfilter to deliver pure water for critical inorganic analytical applications using ICP-MS, flameless atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and trace ion chromatography.

The basic Scientific model is designed for general analysis, ion chromatography, AAS, ICP-ES, and other general applications.

Both the Analytic and Genetic models also include real-time TOC monitoring that continuously monitors organic purity.

Underbench models are designed to be installed in a remote location and include a remote control station and dispense gun.

All systems meet ASTM Type I, ISO 3696, CLSI, and USP28 specifications. UL listed. CSA certified.
