Ideal for high throughput sequencing laboratories, PrismPette eight-channel pipettors enhance reproducibility by accurately delivering sub-microtiter volumes (0.5-5µL), and facilitate loading of 48- or 64-lane sequencing gels in six minutes or less. The PrismPette⁹⁶ pipettor is designed for the 10.8mm spacing of the 96-lane upgrade of the ABI 377. All 10.8mm system components are also available in an easy-to-order starter kit (14429-954).

PrismStrip tips are rigidly connected strips of eight tips and are available sterile or nonsterile. PrismStrip tips are disposable, which eliminates the risk of cross-over contamination often associated with reusable units. The strips allow rapid sample delivery to sequencing gels: flat 0.17mm O.D. tips for 0.2mm gels, flat 0.37mm O.D. tips for 0.4mm gels, and round 0.57mm O.D. tips for 0.6mm or thicker gels. Tips are certified RNase- and DNase-free.
