Microarray slides are ideal for genomics, proteomics, diagnostics, drug discovery, or other microarray applications. BlockIt* 1X blocking buffer (101092-916) is designed to block glass microarray surface chemistries prior to protein binding and nucleic acid hybridizations to enable ultra low background. It is specifically recommended for use with the SuperEpoxy microarray substrate slides, but is compatible with other protein or DNA microarray surface chemistries. The blocking buffer is also sterile filtered. HybIt* 1.25X hybridization solutions (101092-968 and -970) are designed to improve the quality of hybridization reactions by increasing signals and reducing background noise. They are specifically intended for use with SuperAldehyde, SuperEpoxy, and SuperAmine surfaces. Micro Spotting Solution Plus (101092-980) is a 2X solution designed to eliminate the trace background fluorescence observed with the SuperMicroarray Slides.
