These compact centrifuges are simple to load and hold 12 tubes, up to 17x100mm. A double-encased brushless motor provides smooth and quiet operation with low vibration. The unique design of the motor housing and rotation chamber allows for cool operation even under heavy workloads. Clear lid features a firm mechanical latch and a safety switch to prevent the centrifuge from running while the lid is unlatched. The single speed centrifuge features a digital timer with display, programmable from 1 to 99 minutes. It also features a mechanical cycle counter. The variable speed centrifuge features a mechanical timer selectable from 1 to 30 minutes, an end-of-run audible indicator, and electronic braking to improve deceleration. Tube cushions (51000-028) are placed in the bottom of flat 100mm tube holders for protection.
