Unlimited wavelength selection allows both spectral analysis and measurement at any single wavelength. Onboard dispensers allow for exact follow-up of kinetic reactions.
For rapid assays such as flash luminometry and Ca2+ flux, the instruments support simultaneous dispensing and reading, enabling monitoring of fast kinetic measurements from the very start of the reaction. Temperature-sensitive assays benefit from an onboard incubator that maintains the exact temperature for the reaction and prevents the build-up of condensation on microplate lids for optical clarity. Orbital shaker features adjustable speed and diameter.
To increase assay throughput, the units can read up to 1536-well plates and easily integrate with automated systems. SkanIt Software has a special remote control interface for integration with automated systems and LIMS.
