Tube furnaces provide excellent temperature uniformity and thermal efficiency throughout the radiant temperature range. Long-life molybdenum disilicide heating elements provide fast heat-up, resist thermal shock, and can be subjected to rapid cycling over long periods of time without affecting performance. Lower shell temperature is achieved using double-shell Moldatherm* construction and fan cooling. Removable louvered panels provide easy access to heating elements and Type-B thermocouple. For horizontal operation only. Standard process tube O.D.: 7.62 cm (3"). Maximum temperature: 1700°C.

Programmable controllers (sold separately) provide 300 programmable segments, 30 programs, and up to 99 segments per program. Self-tuning feature automatically sets the best PID settings for the thermal process. Two LED displays simultaneously indicate actual temperature vs. setpoint. High limit over-temperature control is optional.
