Single-zone tube furnaces incorporate split-hinge design for easy process tube installation, fast cooling, and overall ease of operation. Structural framework allows furnace to be mounted and used horizontally or vertically without modification. With interchangeable tube adapters, furnaces accept different size process tubes. Equipped with electric heating modules which are composed of a light gauge overbend (LGO*) heating element and Moldatherm* ceramic fiber insulation. These improve the furnace’s radial and end-to-end uniformity, heat-up rates, and element-to-work chamber heat transfer. Maximum temperature: 1200°C.
