Solid design utilizes double-end silicon carbide heating elements, positioned above and below the chamber on furnace 30760-084 and at right angles to the process tube on furnace 30777-006. Removable louvered panels provide easy access to heating elements and Type-R thermocouple. Chamber is constructed of high temperature grade refractory insulation. Insulating vestibules at each end of the chamber enhance overall temperature uniformity.
