Horizontal door model (30712-055) utilizes brick sidewall composition instead of Moldatherm insulation. Insulating vestibule and tight-fitting insulating door plug provide better temperature uniformity by minimizing heat loss around the furnace chamber opening. An internal vent in the vestibule aids in dissipating the initial heat surge that occurs when the door is opened. Insulating door plug serves as loading platform when in open position.
