The LiteTouch ferrule system slips over any ¹/₁₆" or ¹/₈" tubing and grips tightly to provide high-pressure connections with unions, fittings, and columns. System consists of two parts - a PEEK* double-coned ferrule and a stainless steel compression ring. By placing the compression ring over the ferrule and ahead of the nut, two compression points are produced, one at the tip of the ferrule and one at the base of the ring. Because the compression ring does not release when the nut is removed, the ferrule will continue to grip the tubing in the exact spot it was initially swaged. Ferrules are reusable.

Ferrules for ¹/₁₆" tubing will hold up to 2500psi if hand-tightened and up to 5000psi if wrench-tightened. Ferrules for ¹/₈" tubing will hold up to 2500psi if hand-tightened and up to 4500psi if wrench-tightened.
