Mininert fluoropolymer resin valves are leak-tight closures for screw cap or crimp-top vials. Valves allow you to access your sample without exposure. When valve is used with a glass vial, only the fluoropolymer resin and the glass come in contact with your sample. Simple pushbutton action - green to open, red to close.

The screw cap Mininert valve threads onto the vial. The crimp-top style slides down into the neck of the vial. It features a threaded flange which can be turned to secure a tight fit. A rubber gasket above the fluoropolymer resin valve stem (isolated from the contents) provides a seal for the needle when the valve is open. It prevents leakage or exposure of the contents during sampling.

A Mininert septum installing tool is available separately. This lets you quickly remove and replace needle seal septum.
