This gas station provides both hydrogen and zero grade air to flame ionization detectors (FID) on gas chromatographs. The unit can deliver carrier, fuel gas, and support air to three FIDs and three capillary columns. The hydrogen cell produces up to 500cc/min. of 99.99999+% pure hydrogen gas. The zero air compartment produces up to 3500cc/min. zero grade air.

Hydrogen gas is produced from deionized water using a proton exchange membrane cell with pressures to 100psig. Zero air is produced by purifying on-site compressed air to a total hydrocarbon concentration of <0.05ppm (measured as methane). Dimensions: 43.2Hx27.9Wx68.6Dcm (17x11xw27").
