Ideal for measuring temperatures in cuvettes, gas systems, reagents, and chemical solutions, or for routine measurements. Units read °C or °F at the touch of a button. High-contrast LCD features 12.7mm (1/2") digits. Readings are updated three times a second. Features include hold button, minimum/maximum memories, and 50 data logger memories. Units operate on 9V alkaline battery (included) or optional 115V adapter/recharger.
Thermometer 61220-601 comes with a standard quick-response, stainless steel triple purpose probe that features a 1.5m (5') cable and can be used with liquids, semi-solids, or air/gas. Air temperature probe 89030-236 has a 1.8m (6') cable. Micro probe 61220-665 is stainless steel and has a 1.5m (5') cable. Probe 89030-234 has a disk at the end of the probe for measuring surface temperatures and features a 1.8m (6') cable.
Thermometer 61220-670 is identical to 61220-601 but without probe; it is specifically designed to accept only YSI series 400 probes.
The Data Acquisition System captures, displays, and stores readings in Windows®. Data can be read as-is or imported into databases, spreadsheets, word processors, and statistical programs.
A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
