A microprocessor temperature controller with digital display allows precise temperature adjustment, maintenance, and recovery. Units also feature an extensive temperature security package, including user-adjustable audible and visual alarms for high and low temperatures and power failures, battery backup, a temporary muting option with intermittent chirp reminder, sample simulated digital temperature display, and sensor error warning. Remote alarm contacts with adjustable delay simplify connection to central alarm systems and phone dialers. A solution bottle is installed within each unit to provide an accurate indication of sample temperatures.

All units are manufactured with stainless steel interiors and exteriors, with the exception of freezer 97025-026, which is manufacted from cold-rolled, powder-coated steel. Keyed door locks and 10.2cm (4") swivel casters are standard on all units. Freezers 97025-022 and -024 are equipped with auto defrost. Freezer 97025-026 requires manual defrost. Refrigerators are cycle preset to maintain an average temperature of 4°C (39.2°F). Freezers are cycle preset to maintain an average temperature of -20°C (-4°F). Shelves included.
