These bottle thermometers are ideal for obtaining accurate temperature measurements in freezers, refrigerators, incubators, ovens, and blood banks.
Supplied with sampling material (clear Enviro-Safe® liquid or fine glass beads) in a bottle. A thermometer nested in the sampling material is used to safely and accurately measure temperature within test batches without contamination. Bottles are fastened with leakproof cap to avoid leakage during shipping. Simply remove cap and insert thermometer with pre-drilled cap and grommet into the sampling medium.
Each thermometer features a unique serial number for proper record keeping. Enviro-Safe thermometers are available with or without the fluoropolymer resin coating. All thermometers are supplied with both a pressure-sensitive Velcro® backing and a magnetic backing to enable easy attachment to an interior wall or sample.
A statement of accuracy is provided to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Deutscher Kalibrierdienst (DKD).
