Personal-sized incubators are compact and economical instruments ideally suited for use in microbiology or hematology applications. The housing and door frame are entirely metal. A plexiglass window in the door provides full visibility into the corrosion-resistant interior chamber. One shelf is included, and can be adjusted to three different levels. Heating elements are incorporated into the housing bottom and sides to ensure temperature stability and uniformity. The top of the unit features a grommet hole that accommodates a thermometer for accurate temperature setting. A port in the rear of the unit allows for an electrical cord to be routed through the back.

Additional shelves are available separately to increase storage capacity. The optional thermometer is non-toxic and fluoropolymer resin coated. It offers a resolution of 1°C and is 30.5cm (12") long with a 7.6cm (3") immersion.
