This low-volatile grade, platinum-cured silicone tubing is produced in a certified ISO Class 6 (FED-STD-209E Class 1000/M4.5) cleanroom for critical pharmaceutical, biomedical, food, and cosmetic applications. The use of polyester yarn braiding in the tubing wall enhances performance capabilities in elevated pressure applications without compromising flexibility. Tubing is resistant to temperature extremes, compression set, chemical attack, ozone, radiation, moisture, and environmental exposure. Certified free of animal-derived ingredients. Imparts no taste or odor to critical stream.

Tubing has undergone extensive physical, chemical, and biological testing and meets USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9., and 3-A standards. Interior silicone is manufactured from NSF 51 listed material. Sterilizable by autoclave, gamma radiation, SIP, and CIP processes.
