For trypsinizing and decanting cells, the flask is designed for use with magnetic stirrers and spin bars. Made from Wheaton 33* low extractable borosilicate glass flasks with deep fluted sides to promote turbulence. Special internal dam under the sidearm retains untrypsinized particles when decanting. A deep-skirted 20-415 screw cap on the sidearm prevents contamination of flask contents. Screw caps have white styrene butadiene rubber liners.
