Product Category Description:

Containers and screw caps are made of PFA (perfluoroalkoxy copolymer), a fluoropolymer with excellent chemical resistance. Surfaces are much less porous than PTFE and are highly cleanable to reduce sample contamination by “memory effect” from prior samples. Ideal for use in all aspects of ICP-MS and other trace analysis work. Containers provide excellent stability for standards and are manufactured without metal catalysts. Highly translucent for verification of contents. Thermally stable from -200 to 260°C (-328 to 500°F). Autoclavable.
