Thermometer is ideal for monitoring solutions, refrigerators, and room temperature. The 1cm (3/8") high LCD digits display current, minimum, and maximum of ambient or probe temperature, time-of-day, and month/day. Also displays the exact time and date when the minimum/maximum temperature occurs. Sensor with 182.9cm (6') cable performs accurately even when both are underwater. Case is made of high-impact ABS plastic. Thermometer with special bottle probe is specifically designed for refrigerator and freezer applications.

A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
