Product Category Description:

Use this aerosol for flash-freezing samples. Fresh tissue can be frozen to -51°C (-60°F) in three seconds, eliminating water crystal formation often produced by slower freezing methods. Freezing power is finely controlled with a trigger actuator valve and 12.7cm (5") polyethylene snorkel.

The gas is 100% triple-filtered, noncorrosive, nonflammable, odorless, and completely volatile. EPA designated substitute for ozone-depleting compounds. Size: 325mL (11oz.) aerosol can.
