Thermomixers 21516-170 and -172 provide heating and shaking of 24x1.5mL sample tubes. Units feature a numbered rack for easy sample identification and transfer, and a short-mix function for vortex applications.

Thermomixer R mixers 21516-166 and -168 utilize interchangeable blocks to provide heating, cooling, and shaking of microplates, tubes, conical tubes, or cryotubes. The 24-position blocks are supplied with work rack and 0°C cooling pack to keep samples at 0°C on the bench for approximately three hours. Blocks are autoclavable and freezer-safe. Additional mixer features include an expanded temperature range, quick heat-up and cooling rates for increased throughput, digital display of all parameters, a short-mix function for vortex applications, and programmable intermittent mixing. RS-232 interface allows documentation of operating procedures.
