High flow, high-speed metering pumps include pump drive, pump head, and digital controller. Pump heads feature CeramPump* valveless piston design for reduced clogging and maintenance, corrosion-resistant ceramic pistons and cylinder liners, and cylinder cases constructed of fluorocarbon or stainless steel.

Pumps have a stroke-length adjustment knob for easy fine flow adjustment. The digital controller is easily connected to the pump and provides push-button stroke-rate adjustment, in 0.1% increments, from 90 to 1800 strokes per minute. Controls for stroke length and rate combine to offer infinitely adjustable flow rates. Flow is instantly reversible during operation.

Models 82020-578 and -580 have low dead volume pump heads that are ideal for fuel cell testing.
