These pumps operate at a low rpm which allows them to run cooler and reach a lower ultimate pressure (1 x 10-4 torr), with less backstreaming. Operating at low speed also reduces the rate of friction and wear on pump components, which ensures a longer service life. Pumps have a rugged design to facilitate tough applications. The contoured, molded belt-guard and base on Model 1402 and 1376 series pumps are designed for quieter operation and to eliminate visible oil weeping at seal.
The DUOSEAL series pumps provide a wide range of pumping speeds from 25 to 650 L/min. (0.9 to 23.3cfm). They incorporate a circular bore design which produces a high free air displacement with low rpm.
The unmounted pumps come without the motor, base, or belt guard. The pump with refrigerator service comes with two carrying handles and a 19mm (3/4") male inlet fitting. All pumps come with standard cord and plug, except for models with Schuko plug. The Model 1374 series pumps 54993-505 and 54993-517 come with no line cord or plug.
