Microplates are manufactured from ClearChoice* virgin polypropylene resin. Uniform external dimensions and tolerances are ensured to meet American National Standards Institute (ANSI) recommendations for compatibility with equipment and robotics. Deep well microplates are biologically inert, exhibit low binding characteristics, offer a high temperature tolerance, and are resistant to many standard laboratory chemicals. These properties provide optimal conditions for laboratory specimen and compound storage.

Microplates feature alphanumerically coded wells. Conical-well bottoms aid in complete sample recovery. Microplates are RNase-free, DNase-free, pyrogen-free, and free of DNA-polymerase inhibitors. All plates are autoclavable and supplied without lids.
