MS 3 Basic and Digital Shakers, IKA* Works

This compact, universal orbital shaker is suitable for shaking tasks with all small vessels and microtiter plates. Casing is constructed of sturdy die-cast zinc. Shaker features attachment detection, stability in all speed ranges, and two operating modes. Mode A is safe mode with attachment detection. In this mode, the maximum speed of 3000rpm is only reached with the standard attachment in touch mode. When other attachments are used, the speed is limited to 1300rpm. Mode B is without attachment detection, and a speed of 3000rpm is possible with all attachments.

The MS 3 basic shaker features a scaled speed display, and continuous/touch operation. The MS 3 digital shaker features a digital speed display and a timer. Operating modes include timer and continuous mode, and touch operation.

Meet IP 21 protection class according to DIN EN 60529.

Ordering Information: Model MS 3 basic shaker is supplied with an MS 3.1 standard attachment, MS 3.3 universal attachment, and an MS 1.21 one-hand insert. In addition, Model MS 3 digital is also supplied with an MS 3.4 microtiter attachment, and an MS1.32 test tube insert.
