Canopy Hood, Labconco*

Specifically designed to solve unique ventilation problems, this canopy hood vents nontoxic materials such as heat, steam, and odors from large or bulky equipment. The epoxy-coated steel canopy has a built-in baffle to increase air velocities and enhance its overall capture efficiency. The canopy may be installed on a wall or suspended from the ceiling* for peninsula and corner locations. For most efficient performance, the canopy hood should be installed up to 30.5cm (12") above the equipment to be ventilated.

Hood is shipped fully assembled with integral baffle and mounting hardware for peninsular or island locations*. Hood interior and exterior are epoxy-coated, cold-rolled steel. Requires remotely located blower for operation. Contact your VWR Furniture Specialist for assistance with blower sizing.

*For ceiling mount, threaded rods (not included) may be required.
