Product Category Description:

Interior is one piece, Type 316 stainless steel with integral work surface and drainage trough. Supporting work surface is included. Exterior is epoxy-coated steel with vertical, counter-balanced, tempered safety-glass sash. Equipped with vapor-tight T8 fluorescent light fixture and light and blower switches. Two remote-controlled service fixtures can be used with gas, air, vacuum, or cold water. Each fixture has a serrated-tip hose connector. Hoods are factory prepared for up to eight service fixtures and four electrical duplexes. Hand-operated hood and duct washdown systems. Equipped with 27.9cm (11") O.D., Type 316 stainless steel collar for connection to the exhaust stack. Hoods are glacier white. Electrical: 115V, 60Hz.
