Product Category Description:

Sturdy, thick-walled bottles are designed for heavy-duty applications. Rugged caps with TPE gaskets guarantee leakproof service. Carboys withstand repeated application of full vacuum for eight hour periods at 20°C (68°F). Autoclavable.

Use with optional quick filling/venting closures to create a vacuum trap. Quick filling/venting closures feature valved quick disconnect fittings, so that the carboy remains sealed when the tubulation fitting is removed.

Note: Before autoclaving, set cap on top of carboy without engaging threads.
