Top Works* Aseptic Closure System, Silicone, for Bottles and Carboys, NALGENE*

Provides an aseptic seal for transferring high-purity fluids. For use with 125ml to 50L plastic bottles and carboys.

Eight configurations permit precise matching of Top Works components to bottles and carboys. Polypropylene closures have center holes. They are modified to clamp a silicone stopper onto the bottle or carboy, creating a primary elastomeric seal. High-purity, platinum-cured silicone tubing won't shed particles. S.I.B.* (Smooth Inner Bore) technology ensures the fluid contact areas are crevice-free, which helps eliminate cross-contamination.

Materials are food-grade and non-cytotoxic. Complies with U.S.P. Class VI requirements.

Note: Not for use when creating pressure or vacuum conditions with containers that are not rated for pressure or vacuum applications. Not intended for invasive use.
