Tubes are V-shaped and feature uniformly thin walls. The tubes offer uniform heat transmission for maximum yield. Choice of dome-shaped caps, which provide good contact with heated cycler lids, or flat caps, which allow for easy closure and sample labeling. Tubes can withstand temperatures from -20° to 121°C (-41 to 250°F).
