Bottles have a plastisol coating that keeps acids, solvents, alcohols, surfactants, esters, ethers, and glass particles contained in the event of breakage until they can be properly disposed. Impact-resistant bottles reduce breakage and help users comply with OSHA, D.O.T., and UPS requirements. Fully autoclavable, safety-coated glass provides slip resistance for better handling. Plastic coating also protects against bursting due to overfilling or atmospheric changes.
