Automatically records up to 16,000 data points in the field along with time and date. Data points can later be downloaded to a computer via the RS-232 port and the supplied software. The software also enables real-time data logging directly from the meter to the computer. The microprocessor calculates air volume (CFM) as well as air velocity, and simultaneously displays air temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Unit also reads type-K or -J thermocouple probes and features a detachable probe, fold-out tripod, large, easy-to-read LCD, a calendar/clock, auto power off, minimum/maximum display, and hold functions.
