Product Category Description:

Ideal for routine separations applications, these quiet and reliable centrifuges feature brushless induction drive motor technology. They accommodate horizontal swing-out microtube and microplate rotors interchangeably. Centrifuges also feature a microprocessor controller and LED displays which indicate speed, RCF, and run time. The refrigerated Labofuge 400R uses environmentally-friendly, CFC-free refrigerant and indicates the temperature on an LED display. Quick run function provides brief spin option. Soft-start/soft-brake ensures controlled braking for sensitive samples. Both models have a stainless steel rotor chamber. Safety features include automatic lid lock and imbalance cut-out. Optional safety trolley 20300-222 for Labofuge 400 (sold separately) allows underbench storage.
