Ideal for production of semiconductors or storage of vacuum tubes/electronic parts where contamination cannot be tolerated. All stainless steel chamber resists corrosive atmospheres and aromatic hydrocarbons. Walls are insulated with 5.1cm (2") of fiberglass. Unit incorporates a 0-762mmHg (0-30in.Hg) vacuum gauge. Calibrated thermostat dial controls temperature from 35 to 200° (95 to 392°F). Two metering valves provide fine adjustment for vacuum and bleed operations. A 2.5cm (1") penetration port on all but 12.7L units allows connection to vacuum, purge, or quick pump-down/back-fill systems. Highly heat-resistant silicone door and window gaskets are standard. Large 20.3cm (8") tempered glass window provides full view of interior. The 45.3 and 127.4L ovens have an inner exposed door surface of cast aluminum with a glass window. Cabinet finish is durable epoxy-polyester powder-coat.

The 120V models are UL listed and CSA approved.
