These dual-stage pumps feature a free air displacement range from 40 to 1201L/min. (1.4 to 42.4cfm) and quiet performance with minimal noise and vibration. They can be used as either roughing pumps for direct evacuations or as fore pumps in conjunction with diffusion pumps.

All pumps are equipped with an anti-backstreaming baffle and gas ballast. Pumps also feature vertical oil sight glass with O-ring seal for accurate oil level inspection and top/side mounts on larger pumps for intake and exhaust ports. Chemical-resistant models are available for extreme environment and hard use applications. Explosion-proof models feature sealed motor and hardwired electrical connections. All explosion-proof models require hard wire installation.
